The New Year starts tomorrow, how insane is that? I mean truly, where did this year go? I was writing out my goals for 2019, writing my action plan, organizing launches, checking in with my VA, ya know, all the end of year jazz you gotta do to get ready right? Part of my goals this year was to hire another coach because I have MASSIVE income goals this year and I fully intend to crush them. This year I had a mentor and it made all the difference in my business. 2017 was my year of “I can do it, it’s fine, why is this not growing, maybe something needs to change” but in 2018 I hired a coach and BAM my business changed dramatically! I’m a Business Coach and that baffles so many people to think that a coach needs a coach. But let me tell you a little secret… ready…. EVERYONE NEEDS A COACH!
I’m serious, if you want to succeed in any aspect of life you must have someone there, by your side. Someone who has been through what you’re about to go through to guide you through. Someone to objectively look at your business as a whole and see where you are missing things here or there. You may be a rock star in your business but I guarantee there is potential for growth and you haven’t figured out where yet. <– You NEED a coach!
Let me put it this way. If you are sick you find a doctor to help you figure out what’s going on when you can’t. If you’re having issues in your marriage/family/other instances you’ll find a counselor or physiologist. If you are looking to get a degree you find a college or university to teach you and provide you with the piece of paper at the end. When you are ready for a change you seek out someone who can help you do just that.
Your business is no different. You, at some point, will need to hire someone to come in, get to know you, get to know what you’re hoping to achieve, and help you up level and reach that next income/rank/advancement you’re wanting to get. Fresh eyes on something you’ve been staring at for ages is a blessing. Again, I know you’re a rockstar, but I PROMISE there are areas of your business that someone can help you improve upon.
It’s a brand new year tomorrow, start off on the right foot and hire yourself a coach. Take that leap, make that investment, trust the process, it pays off in the long road! I can not wait to hire a new coach this year. Each and ever time I work with someone I walk away feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world. I will honestly say, beyond a shadow of a doubt, I would NOT be here today and my business be as successful as it is if I had not stepped out of my comfort zone and connected with someone who could coach me through this last phase of my journey. There is someone out there who has already been through what you’re going through now, let them make it easier for you! It doesn’t matter if you need 1 week of coaching, 2 months of coaching, 4 months of coaching, theres something out there for your needs right now!
