I started in the entrepreneurial word more than 15 + years ago and I’ve changed paths so many time over the course of those 15+ years.  I’ve made sooooooooooooooo many mistakes. But without those mistakes I wouldn’t have created this amazing business I have today.

When I started my coaching business the only “real” experience I had was having run a successful health coach business.  Half of that business was “eat this and do this workout and the other half was “this is how to create a business”.  That made me second guess every offer I put out there at the beginning of my journey.  I’d constantly ask myself “Is this good enough?” “Will people pay for this?”

The only thing that was crystal clear for me was that I was a mom, I totally understood what it was like to have an INSANE day and worry if I could create a business while raising our tiny human.  I knew I wanted to create a sustainable income for my family and show other moms how to do the same.

I decided I HAD to invest in myself and my business, I HAD to move past my fears, and I needed to take BIG steps forward.  I hired a coach, but NO it did NOT mean maxing out my credit cards or spending mass amounts of money we didn’t have.  I did what every one income, forward thinking, mother would do….. I SAVED.  Because of this “reason” I’m NOT your “typical” coach.  I do NOT think someone should go into MASS debt to create their dreams.  But when I did invest in a coach I got clarity, I felt EMPOWERED, I had direction, and I began creating a life and business I was obsessed with. I dove head first and I never regretted a penny of what I spent.

Each client I take on within my 1:1 sessions are treated as an individual.  Everyone is at a different point in their journey and everyone needs something different.  I do not have a one size fits all approach to coaching you and helping you reach the next level.

• Before we begin you’ll fill out an assessment specific to your exact focus and I can learn about your business so we can spend our time working on your specific needs.
• Move you into the “it IS possible” mind frame so that you can create a life and business that you CRAVE!
• Map out a crystal clear picture of your goals, the visions for your business, and your message so that when you share your audience knows exactly who you’re talking to and what you’ve come to share.
• 30 minute Bi-Weekly coaching calls (phone or facetime) which are personalized based on your needs
• Working through an actionable plan to really break you out of your comfort zone and take you to your next level, upgrade your mindset, and grow your business in a way that doesn’t feel forced and over complicated.
•  Unlimited support and feedback Monday-Friday through Voxer so that you have the opportunity to ask questions, bounce ideas around, and get out any hang ups you may come up against.
